The Importance of Exercising
To start off my first blog post, I would like to talk about something of great importance to me, which is exercising. Physical activity is vital for all of us to live a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating physical activity into our daily routines makes a big difference in our mental and physical health. Being physically active can make us feel better and uplift our moods. going on a simple walk in the morning alone will release endorphins and you will notice that you are less stressed out and it puts a great start to your day. We also tend to have better sleep quality. Research shows that it sets our body to a certain temperature where we tend to cool off, which signals our bodies to sleep better when it is time for bed. We also have improved concentration and creativity when we exercise, This will have such a great impact on ourselves because we will be more efficient on our daily activities. Here are some simple exercises that you can incorporate into your daily routine to live a better and healthier lifestyle:
1. You can do jumping jacks while watching Commercials!
3. Run or walk up and down your stairs more frequently
