Taking a Step Back
As the new generations come forth, the stress levels increase accordingly with pressures such as social media, work, and completing tasks. The amount of stress that the average human endures is shi=king and an easy solution is to just step back and think. If you pay attention and block everything out in this moment, you might notice that your breaths are shallow. This is because due to the stress and your mind overthinking you are constantly in fight or flight mode. Think of a baby. When you see them sleeping you can see that there stomach moves up and down. This is due to the fact that they are breathing in deeply. That is how we need to be breathing because it allows more oxygen to our brains and allows us to relax. Yoga is a great way to relief stress as it focuses on awareness an being knowledgeable on whats happening in your body allowing us to steer away from constantly being in overdrive.
